All reservations require a deposit of $100.00. Deposits are refunded if cancellation is received 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If cancellation is less than 30 days notice, we will refund your deposit only if we rent your vacant reservation. Return deposits are subject to a $8.00 cancellation fee.  No credit or refunds for early departures.
