Spring 2010 midweek; Sunday thru Thursday nights = $145.00 per night, 3 night minimum 

Spring 2010 weekend; Friday & Saturday nights = $195.00 per night, 2 night minimum

Includes accommodations for up to 12 people

Rates do not include 9% NH Room & Meals tax plus $25 cleaning fee per stay .  Rates listed are for non-holidays periods.    

All reservations require a security deposit of $250.00. The balance along with the refundable $250 security deposit are due one week prior to your arrival. Deposits are refunded if cancellation is received 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If cancellation is less than 30 days notice, we will refund your deposit only if we rent your vacant reservation.  No credit or refunds for early departures. Guests are responsible for leaving the cabin in a clean manner. Any damage to property or extra cleaning fees incurred will be deducted from the security deposit. Any evidence of smoking or pets inside the cabin will result in a forfeited security deposit.
